As a Finance and People Operations Executive, Jennifer focuses primarily on early-stage, high-growth companies.  Helping organizations and teams successfully navigate what can be a challenging period, needing to continue to focus on core objectives, and where the back office can serve as a real competitive advantage.

While each organization is a unique combination of people, product and competitive environment, all organizations share a set of common back-office needs to be successful.  Jennifer has taken a singular approach to setting up, streamlining and where possible automating processes, providing management transparency and the ability to make incremental improvement.  This approach applies across the board, from financial planning and accounting to budgeting, recruiting and managing the staffing lifecycle.

Prior to joining JEM, Jennifer launched Diablo Business Group, a Jennifer was the Director of Finance and People Operations for Captricity, a high-growth machine-learning based tech startup backed by Social Capital, Atlas Ventures and White Mountain Insurance Group.
