Janis is a seasoned professional with experience in customer experience, account management and project management. She has more than two decades of experience at iconic Silicon Valley-based companies, Cisco, Brocade and others.
As Manager of Consultant, Client & Partner Success, Janis works with our member consultants to ensure that their member experience is valuable and that they have the resources they need from Consultants Collective to be successful in our client engagements, and Janis works closely with our clients to ensure we consistently exceed our clients’ expectations.
